Reservations made prior to November 1st require a
50% deposit to be paid within 4 days after receiving
invoice. Dates will not be held unless the deposit is
received. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Reservations made after November 1st require
customers to provide credit card information at the
time of booking to hold dates. If a customer prefers
to use another form of payment, the credit card will
be held until payment is received. If deposit is not
received within 4 days, the 50% deposit will be
charged to the credit card.
In the event that fewer guests arrive than originally
booked, the remainder of the deposit MAY NOT be
applied as payment toward the final bill.

payment in full at the time of booking.
