| I have been very lenient with these rules in the past but will enforce due to some taking advantage Reservations require a 50% deposit of total hunt to be paid within 2 days by Pay Pay or 5 days with check after booking by phone. Dates will not be held unless the deposit is received. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that fewer guests arrive than originally booked, the remainder of the deposit MAY NOT be applied as payment toward the final bill.The deposit for that day MAY NOT be applied as payment toward any other days Final bill. If There is a weather or any other cancellation due to conditions beyond human control ( Dangerous Wind Thunder Storms etc.) ..If a date is available you can re-book due to weather..Or re-book the next year if that date is not available Reservations made after Dec. 15th require payment in full at the time of booking... We do our best to put you on birds..There are no refunds or discounts or other re-do hunts allowed..This is a business as any other hunting endeavor..Big game hunting, fishing etc...You can not control the outcome..Payment is expected in full at the end of each hunt...NO exceptions will be made |
